Shobha and her army get apprehensive when they realize that Mahmud Ghaznavi's army has entered Bharuch. She asks her army to wait until she arrives. She decides to go inside the palace with some of her soldiers. 

Bheemdev manages to get Mahmud Ghaznavi in his custody. He asserts that Mahmud Ghaznavi would not survive. Mahmud Ghaznavi retaliates saying that his soldiers were heading towards the palace.

Bheemdev orders the soldiers to keep a watch on Mahmud Ghaznavi. He goes towards the main entrance to close the main gate of the palace.

Meanwhile, Rudrabhadra tries to compel Gayatri Devi to tell him where the Chalukya sisters were. He states that if she does not inform her about Shobha and Chaula, he would kill innocent people. A helpless Gayatri Devi tells Rudrabhadra that the Chalukya princess were not in the palace. She adds that she had asked her daughters to leave from the palace and was not aware about their whereabouts.

Rudrabhadra asserts that if Gayatri Devi was not aware about her daughters she has no right to live. Just before Rudrabhadra could stab Gayatri Devi, Shobha stabs him.

A sad Shobha informs Gayatri Devi about Dadda Chalukya's death. Gayatri Devi asks Shobha not to lament Dadda's death instead fight against Mahmud Ghaznavi. She tells Shobha that they must find Chaula.

Bhanuman believes Chaula was responsible for Prachandman's plight and therefore tortures her. He also punishes her for disregarding Prachandman's love and rejecting him.

Meanwhile, Bheemdev bravely defends himself from Mahmud Ghaznavi and manages to free himself from his clutches.

Shobha gets apprehensive when she notices Chaula in Bhanuman's custody. She attacks the soldiers, who are surrounding Chaula and manages to free her sister from Bhanuman's custody.

Just then Mahmud Ghaznavi arrives in the palace and enquires about Chaula. Bhanuman informs the Sultan that Chaula went in a certain direction. The Sultan orders his soldiers to nab Chaula.

Shobha asks Chaula and Gayatri Devi to escape. Meanwhile, Shobha battles it out with Bhanuman. The soldiers manage to take Chaula in their custody. Shobha manages to save Chaula. Bhanuman throws a knife in Shobha's direction, however to his surprise Gayatri Devi comes in between and gets wounded. Shobha and Chaula get apprehensive to see Gayatri Devi's condition.
