Executive/Manager- Syndication
The position is based out of the Manhattan office in New York.


Key Responsibility Areas:
	To drive the content sales business of the network
	To achieve business goals in the syndication sales function
	To build a prospect list of clients across the Americas
	To represent and showcase our library in all relevant content sales forums
	To control the logistics of delivery of the content and ensure client satisfaction
	To continually research and innovate prospective end usage of our library for commercial gain
	The ability to drive business negotiation with a win-win approach

Skill sets required:
	Demonstrated ability to create compelling insights about marketing, revenue generation and product differentiation from analysis based on primary research.
	Demonstrated ability to build relationships that are different from those routinely expected by the customer
	Business experience in a related entertainment or TV field
	Superb executive-level written and verbal communications skills
	Capacity to take input from a variety of people and distill from it key issues and recommendations
	Ability to work in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment with both the customer and ZEE TV

Qualifications:
	MBA degree in a marketing desirable
	Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience
	A working knowledge of a major Indian language and also Spanish would be ideal
	International experience in entertainment is crucial
	Strong analytical skills
	The candidate must be prepared to travel 40% of the time
	Technical aptitude in understanding TV content editing
